A person should develop a good ear that means one should be able to differentiate between noise and important piece of information.
An untrained ear will always listen what it wants to hear – one’s own praise, good compliments etc. An ear specialist is able to hear the inner voice / or the unheard.
If one learns to hear this unheard voice nothing can stop him from being successful.
