Students are Hosts, Not Hostages

To complete the syllabus and get the top ranks the teachers and parents now a days, physically and mentally hold the students as hostages in classroom and coaching institutes as if  their future is mortgaged.

The teacher and subject should be planned in such a way that the teacher should be welcomed to the class by their hosts (Students) and not should be held as hostages in the classroom by their teacher (guests).

So now a days the teaching methodology is changing in which the teachers upload the lesson and test on net and students whenever  they are free and interested turn on the laptops ,understand the lesson and complete the assignment,  but a time frame has to be set.

Technology has given us tools to set the students free and study at their own will so it should be welcomed and release the hostages from the classroom.

रचनात्‍मकता को पुरस्कृत करे

हर छात्र में कोई ना कोई खास बात होती है  जरुरत  होती है इस रचनात्मकता को प्रोत्साहित करने की। हर बच्चा एक कलाकार होता है, समस्या यह है कि, आप बड़े हो जाने पर, अपने अन्दर के कलाकार को जिंदा कैसे रखें।

अगर आप अपने अन्दर एक आवाज़ सुने की तुम पेंट नहीं कर सकते तो पेंट करने की हर संभव कोशिश करें और वह आवाज़ अपने आप गायब हो जाएगी।

कल्पना शुरुवात है रचना की। आप वह कल्पना करते हो जिसकी आपको इच्छा है, आप वह बन जाओगे जो आप कल्पना करते हो, और अंत में, आप उसकी रचना करोगे जो आप चाहोगे।

रचनात्मकता तो बस चीजों को जोड़ना है। जब आप रचनात्मक लोगों से पूछ्तें हैं कि आपने यह कैसे किया, तो वे थोड़े शर्मिंदा महसूस करतें हैं, क्योंकि वास्तव में उन्होंने यह नहीं किया होता है, उन्होंने कुछ देखा। कुछ समय बाद उन्हें अपना काम सामान्य लगने लगता है।

बहुत सारे आयडियाज़ (नये विचार) होना अच्छा है, भले ही उनमे से कुछ गलत भी हों, इस बात से कि आप हमेशा सही हों और आपके पास कोई आयडिया ना हो”

रचनात्मकता नयी खोज करना है, नया प्रयोग करना है, रिस्क लेना है, नियमों को तोडना है, गलतियाँ करना है, और मज़ा करना है

रचनात्मक कार्य का सबसे ऊँचा पुरस्कार  जो हमें मिल सकता है वह रचनात्मक होने का सुख है।

Compassion is Action

The term compassion implies genuine concern towards others. Being an educator, it’s one of the most important traits to be possessed. By being compassionate, one is able to look through the larger picture and not only just materialistic happiness. An educator shall be compassionate enough to understand and give what the students want rather than being involved in trivial day to day issues because when educators sow the seeds they shall reap the benefits. It helps the educators to address the issues of the students both locally and globally. An educator needs to be compassionate to understand the students stress, depression, anxiety and pain. To understand his students well a student needs to cultivate compassion and clarity in himself. 

Compassion is a key to inner happiness and a powerful way to spread the joy around. It is also part of our evolving definition of leadership. But in order to cultivate compassion, self-compassion has to be established, too. If an educator cultivates compassion then he can create an happy atmosphere in the school and leaves an experience of long lasting happiness on a student’s mind.

पूर्णता पाने की कोशिश करें

पूर्णता का अथ है समपुर्ण होना । हमे हर तरह से पूर्णता पाने की कोशिश करनी चाहिए । पूर्णता प्राप्त करने के लिए किसी भी कार्य को पूर्ण रूप से ग्रहण करे । हमे किसी भी कार्य को इस प्रकार पूर्ण करना चाहिए कि उसमे समर्पण का भाव  हो । बिना समर्पण के किसी भी कार्य को पूर्णता से नही किया जा सकता है । आपको अपने अंदर ही नही बल्कि अपने सहयोगियो मे भी पूर्णता लाने का प्रयास करना चाहिए । पूर्णता लाने के अपने भीतर उपस्थित जानकारियो और तर्क शक्ति को बढाए । पूर्णता पाने के लिए नए- नए  तरीको का प्रयोग करे । नई- नई तकनीको का प्रयोग करे जिससे की पूर्णता को पाया जा सके । हमेशा मन मे सकरात्मकता का ही भाव होना चाहिए । पूर्णता पाने के लिए सकरात्मकता से ही चिन्तन करे । अगर हार की सम्भावना नही तो जीत का कोई मोल नही। किसी भी कार्य को पूर्ण करने मे अगर हार का भय न हो तो जीत की खुशी भी न के बराबर है । इसलिए हार का भय होना भी अति आवशयक है और तभी जीत की असली खुशी मिल पाएगी । हमे हर पल पूर्णता पाने का प्रयास करते रहना चाहिए।

Compassion Is Action

Now a day’s success is defined as worldly possessions like – bank balance, properties etc.

Ones happiness depends on ones possessions, one will be more happy if one possess more things and vice versa.

If one has less, this feeling will make him envy of others and unhappy also this will in turn will label him as unsuccessful in life.

An important question arises – how to overcome this?

A simple answer is – each one should try to become compassionate i.e one should be ready to help others in their needs.

If each one of us become compassionate, there will be no jealousy no unhappiness and this will end miseries of all. One should target on the source rather than resource.
