Nicholas J Martino "I am passionate about Education...

Nicholas J. Martino is an impact-driven educational consultant and global curriculum architect who aims to create sweeping change in international education.
Episode#57: Sandeep Dutt in conversation with Nicholas J. Martino, Country Lead and Ambassador Hundred, an impact-driven educational consultant and curriculum architect. After teaching anthropology and leading global learning expeditions for a decade, Nick now works to implement higher-level educational change as founder of the Authentic Learning Lab and NJM Global Consulting. Nick has worked to design the Changemaker Curriculum at THINK Global School & BIT School (Mexico City) while consulting with various global schools and non-profit organisations. In 2009, he was awarded the title of Claes Nobel Educator of Distinction. In 2011, he was recognised as Washington Post Teacher of the Year and Virginia's Stafford County Teacher of the Year. Nicholas shares his story that spans from India to Australia, to Europe and across the world. His focus is on helping teacher training and opening doors to help give a great learning experience with phenomena based learning.

§  Passionate about education, particularly school education?
§  Looking to be to part of large scale social transformation in schools?
If yes, we may just have the right opportunity for you…
What are we looking for?  
-          You should be graduate/postgraduate  with at least 5 + years of work experience working in the bottom of the pyramid school settings including at least 1 year of teaching or mentoring experience
-          You are well versed with pedagogies and techniques including but not limited to BaLA, Activity Based Learning, Project-based Learning, Learning by Doing, and experiential learning among others 
-          You are willing to work anywhere in India
-          Having additional specialisation, training or experience of working in large K-12 focussed organisation like Teach for India, Tata Trusts, Teach for India would be an added plus
Remuneration will not be a bar for the right candidate.
