How does peace converts into war in a happy classroom?

Let's find some reasons:

Great teachers always look for new and innovative ways to connect with their students to ensure a fun and safe learning environment, which results in ‘ war-peace’ in the classroom. A classroom is a learning space, a room in which both children and adults learn. Teachers and students have a lot of expectations from each other. Nowadays we are living a fast life and losing our patience very soon. Weak mental health, emotional immaturity, irresponsibility, lack of interest in school activities and unreasonably obstinate or stubborn are common causes of disciplinary problems,. Habitual truancy lying, cheating, stealing, vandalism, resistance to school rules and regulations and lack of socialising are the causes of war in the classroom.

We are reading
We as teachers have a great responsibility towards every classroom situation. We can possibly overlook the importance of education for values. Peace and security are facing new challenges that could have negative implications if we do not address them positively. Whatever is learnt and imbibed will determine how students would live out their lives in future. The concern about value degradation is not new to this era.

We will have to think that how we can make our classrooms lively and interactive. The first thing as a teacher we have to do is to begin our day with a greeting or with some compliments and connect with children in a positive way.

We have to learn good classroom discipline strategies through good academic preparation. Every student must feel safe and important in the class in order for maximum learning to take place. A positive classroom environment does not just happen, the teacher creates it.

Engage, Engage, Engage: Don't let down once the course gets underway.
