that person and will act and react with that person in a purposeful and loving way, will forgive that person easily and wholeheartedly, help the person in a better way which will be more productive.     A thoughtful educator will always help his students to achieve better results by positive actions, he will pay more attention to his students need by being nice to them and guide them properly, will always give them the benefit of doubts wherever possible.

He will always be considerate to them and will give space to them to think, decide and act and will always be ready to guide, suggest and rectify by suitable ideas and measures at the right time to always make them a better individual. A thoughtful person will never jump to conclusions will have a sympathetic approach to others and will always follow the steps:

LISTEN CAREFULLY
USE THOUGHT PROCESS
ACT   and look back always.

Thoughtfulness will lead to a better understanding of individuals, you will think about them with compassion and sympathy. One should have a better understanding of oneself, one's emotions and of course the same for others. A teacher with understanding will have the ability to think, learn and judge after suitably analyzing the difficulties and problems of the students. He will allow his students to learn by experience,  respect his student's beliefs and feelings with a better understanding of his subjects will create a harmonious and great learning atmosphere in the classroom.

Hope and Friendship - Richa Solanki

Hope is the wish or dream that every person has in his life. Many of us could not even live a life
without having hope because if we see no way to our destiny then only hope deep inside the heart helps us to try again and again. Life is hard and has challenging phases at times. Things go out of hand and beyond our control many times. Hope helps us keep fighting on and improves the chances of making our life better.

Hope is the only thing that keeps our eyes wide open for an improved future and life. It’s very hard to keep trying and move on with the inner faith during the most difficult times, but those who never leave hope will surely make it till the end. Life is full of war and difficulties. But it’s not every time. We must keep our eyes full of dreams and wishes. Hope not only gives you the strength to overcome your pain, but it also makes your expectations alive and makes your future better.

We should not worry about if our today is bad but we should try to learn because there is something good in every day and it depends on our hopeful thinking. Hope keeps us telling that tomorrow will be better than today. When a person is hopeful for anything, the sorrow and difficulty of today will disappear. Hope keeps us positive. Always stay positive and think about good vibes and you will not lose courage and will make you stronger to fight with every situation. Hope gives positive thinking. It gives you such power to protect you from the negative vibes.

Friendship is an interpersonal relationship between two persons. It is a bond which creates such a mutual understanding. Not only this, but friends also help us grow spiritually. It is attached to our souls. Friends come in our life like to guide us, sometimes they become our family and best motivators and play their roles and help us to move on. We all have friends who are very close to us but they are far from us but our hearts are attached to each other. We should always remember them and some of them become best friends forever. Sometimes they drifted away from our life when their role as a guide was over.

Friends can not be described in simple words. It is important for us to have friends but many of us find it difficult to find a true friendship. We must not have high expectations in our mind, it will not be difficult to make friends. We must not expect much because it may hurt you so much. If you start with high hopes, the relationship is likely to sink. To fulfil anyone's expectations, we need to understand what is expected of them. This means understanding which is very important in every relationship. This is true that it takes some time.

When you try to start judging the person and his actions, there are so many things going in your mind that this person is fit for me or not and then your thinking doesn't match and you can't build a bond which creates a mutual understanding deeply. Hope always helps you to find true friendship in your life and then when you have a true friend you don't need a mirror because they are one who tells us truly about us what they see in us

Courage and Patience - Kavita Devda

A famous quote by Mr Winston Churchill about courage is “Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.”
Courage is when you are brave about something you fear. It is important because we all have to do things we don’t like sometimes. Everyone is afraid of something or someone. The difference is how you deal with your fear. Courageous people believe in themselves. They know who they are and what they stand for. They are passionate about their beliefs and values. They step outside from their comfort zone to meet the challenges that are ahead. Patience is very important in life because there are so many things that take time to develop for us to experience in a positive way. If we try to make something happen, we put a lot of stress on ourselves.

Life is not about living in the future or in the past. Life is about accepting the present movement. Patience is the biggest lesson for man to learn. The beginning of any work is easy but after some time we face difficulties. When difficulties surround us we must have patience.

Importance Of Determination In Students - Byju Joseph

A firm determination is essential for success. It is willpower that enables us to succeed in our life. Being students, you all need to have specific goals and to possess a strong will to acquire them. Nothing is impossible for those who have strong willpower. They never say that it cannot be done or not possible because they know that there may be some ways to accomplish it.
They always try to find the solutions even if it is challenging. They strongly believe in themselves and work hard to attain it. A proverb says, “Where there is a will, there is a way” it emphasizes willpower. If willpower is there, confidence also will be there. A student who wishes to get a rank never says that a particular subject is complicated and cannot study it. If any difficulty with a specific topic, he will indeed spend more time learning it. Gradually he will overcome the challenges. Hard work and ultimate devotion with strong willpower always lead to success.

Caring For Others - Kusum Sharma

Hello Everyone

Today I am going to share my views on caring for others, so I am sharing a story related to the topic. There was a farm, where lived farmer John with his wife Molly. They had pigs, cows and many animals on their farm. Also, there lived a little mouse.

One day the mouse looked through a small crack in the wall and accidentally saw the farmer opening some package. The mouse was curious about what food may it contain and discovered that it was a mousetrap. The mouse was determined to run around the farmyard and warned all the animals regarding the danger. First of all, he met the chicken. “There is a mousetrap in the house! “, the mouse declared with despair. But the chicken answered with indifference, “It doesn't concern me, as this is a danger for you, but not for me. It cannot bother me“.

Then the mouse raced towards the pig and the goat and told them about the mousetrap. But the pig and the goat were not impressed too. They said that there is nothing to worry about this and promised to pray about the mouse. Sad and depressed, the little mouse returned to the house. In the night the farmer‘s wife Molly heard a sound of a mousetrap. She hurried to see what was in it, but due to the darkness, she did not see that it was a poisonous snake, whose tail was caught in the trap. Suddenly the snake bit Molly.

The farmer rushed with her to the hospital. Later, when they returned home, Molly still had a fever. John remembered that it is good to treat the fever with chicken soup, so he went to his farmyard to bring the main ingredient, the chicken.

Whereas Molly‘s sickness continued and many friends came to visit her, the farmer butchered the pig so he could feed all the visitors. Unfortunately, as time went by Molly became weaker and weaker and one day she died. Many neighbours, relatives and friends arrived for the funeral. John had to slaughter the goat to feed all of them. The mouse watched all this with great sorrow. Remember, when we learn that someone is facing difficulties or dangers, we all are at risk. It is better to help and encourage one another and don‘t leave anyone alone with his problems.
