Q2. Imagine you are designing a school curriculum where students learn as much outside the classroom as inside. What real-world experiences would you incorporate to develop resilience and leadership skills in students? 

Q3. A student in your class consistently misses deadlines and avoids responsibilities. At Gordonstoun, students are expected to self-report mistakes and take corrective actions. Instead of punishment, how would you create a system that encourages students to take accountability for their actions?

In the depths of trials, where darkness looms, Courage ignites, dispelling gloom. A flickering flame, bold and bright, Guiding souls through the darkest night.

Patience, a virtue, a steadfast grace, A gentle current in life's tumultuous race. With steady resolve, it softly whispers, Navigating obstacles like skilled river blisters.

Courage rises, a warrior's might, Facing fears, ready to fight. With bravery as its trusted shield, It conquers doubt, refusing to yield.

Patience, a companion, serene and wise, In stillness, it learns as time flies. It endures through trials and tribulations, Embracing delays, steadfast and sure.

Courage and patience are inseparable, Hand in hand, a testament, rare. Together they embolden the human soul, Leading us forward and making us whole.

So let us embrace these divine virtues. In courage and patience, our spirits align. In the face of adversity's wrath, We shall find strength on life's arduous path.

Courage and Patience - Swati Sood Agarwal

Everybody wants to be a winner, but I doubt whether everyone wants to do what needs to

be done in order to become one. The winner is not who you see at the ceremony: he is the one that mustered the hardihood and needed the perseverance to wade through the thorny bushes of the hydra-headed challenges before him. 

For the winner, the pressure to quit the race was much more forceful than the will to sustain the tempo, yet he was able to go through the misty journey. Every winner today has his or her story to tell; his or her experience to share, and his or her knowledge to externalise. Interestingly, most winners the world over were losers in retrospect. If that be the case, many people would want to know what it is that drives such serial losers from the painful era of losses to an era of success.

Bharti Rao: The greatest obstacle that I overcame

Failure is one of the biggest challenge one faces in one's life. Self-doubt and depression are the resulting factors of failures. People when fail they believe that it is their weakness and they can never overcome their weakness. Some of us accept shortcomings as a part of our life and these people can never move on in their life. But there is always someone who acts as a supporter during this time of stress.

I remember those days when I finished my graduation and got married. I shifted from a city to a village and it was just different from the environment in which I was born and brought up. I felt sad and dejected. I felt my life and career had finished. I had fallen to the ground. The constant encouragement from my parents,  my husband and my father-in-law helped me to build up my self- confidence. I reflected on all my experiences and strengths I began to reconnect myself to the person I used to be.I regained my identity and belief in myself.

I decided to start my career as a teacher once again. I applied in The Fabindia School and was selected as the teacher there. The first day when I was standing at the Bus Stop I was stared at by many eyes. There were many questions flying from left, right that 'Where are you going? Why are you boarding this school bus? and what not." It was really a very uncomfortable moment. I was the target of everyone's hot talk in society.

I decided that now I will not give up and face everyone bravely. I ignored the comments that they passed. That was the day I learned to 'dig deep' and found the strength to get back up.  I then did my B.Ed. and completed my post graduation. Now I had regained my self-confidence so I moved on and achieved my goal. 

Since then I have always been able to pull through difficult situations and stick with things that are hard. I have made my conscious choice never to give up and work hard. Hard Work and confidence always leads to success.
