Quality And Love - Rishona Chopra

We all have a beautiful quality about us. Something that makes us happy and makes us feel alive. There may be 1 bad thing about us, but there are 10 good things about us too. We all have a quality that we can always enjoy. Writing makes me feel alive, and my rate refreshes my mind. 

Today let us close our eyes and think, what do we wish to do that we could do all day? Reading, writing, playing an instrument, drawing, painting, or even doing nothing is quality. I have noticed that most people can't stay still and want to do something, even if I can't. So if you can stay still doing nothing for even 15 minutes. I say that's beautiful quality!

Take out a day to do whatever you want without any hesitation!

Apart from these hobbies, it is essential to have God's seven qualities in us:
Wisdom, power, holiness, justice, goodness, and truth.

Quality in a classroom defines the quality of work. Whatever we set to do - whether it is to write an essay or to do a few questions we should put our heart and soul into it by writing in clear and neat handwriting while paying attention to what we write instead of copying it. The quality of our work defines us.

Love is an emotion where you feel selfless, and this bond cannot be explained better by just saying love. For me, my mother is the most loving person and the person I truly love. I have no reason to love her. I simply love her because she is she. I love her for who she is, and I just can't find a reason why I love her. It's just a bond I can't explain. 

The bond between a teacher and students is unique between a guru and a student. When I first met my new teachers, I was timid in front of them. Till the first week, I was a completely unknown child to all teachers. Soon, when our teacher showed us her passion for teaching, we showed our passion for learning. I slowly opened up to teachers, and now I never feel shy to express something in front of my guru.

Responsibility & Cooperation - Optimizers BHIS

Raj, a young boy, was very intelligent and was always ready to help his friends. There was another boy named Smith, who struggled with his studies and scored poorly in his exams.
Due to his academic performance, Smith was made fun of by his classmates and this often demoralized him.

Co-operation

Raj disliked the behaviour of the others with regard to Smith and he wanted to do something to change it. Smith's parents were also worried about his education.

Raj hit upon a plan. He felt that if he could help Smith with his studies, the latter may fare better. So after, school Raj would visit Smith's house and to with him.

Raj had a belief that if he could help Smith and motivate him positively, he would surely progress. The good Samaritan also told his classmates not to bully Smith and encourage him. In addition, the class teacher also encouraged him to study hard with innovative teaching methods so that he felt an interest in studies.

After 15 days of efforts and cooperation from his classmates, Raj and the class teacher, Smith was truly prepared for his exams. He cleared his exams with flying colours. Smith's parents were immensely happy and highly appreciated everyone's efforts.

This was all Smith needed - a realisation that he could do it! Since then Smith became a responsible child and he understood that only hard work and determination can guarantee success in life. He was very thankful to his class teacher and Raj, as without their cooperation he would not have got a chance.

प्रथम प्रयास मे ही सही काम करे ।

किसी भी कार्य को पहले अवसर मे ही इस प्रकार करे की वह कार्य सफल हो। कार्य मे सफलता प्राप्त करने का पूर्ण रूप से प्रयास करे। शुरू से ही कार्य को करने के लिए मेहनत करे। कोशिश करे कि एक बार मे ही कार्य सफल हो जाए बार - बार प्रयास न करना पडे किसी भी कार्य को पहले ही प्रयास मे सफल बनाने के लिए योजना पहले से ही बनाई जाए ताकी सफलता मिले।   

शिक्षक बालको को शिक्षण देने से पूर्व ही योजना बनाए तो उसका शिक्षण कार्य सफल होगा। शिक्षक अपने कार्य को बोझ न समझकर अपना कार्य खुशी - खुशी करे व अपने कार्य मे रूचि ले तो वह प्रथम प्रयास मे ही सफल होगा। शिक्षक को यह प्रयास करना चाहिए कि वह प्रथम बार मे ही अपना कार्य ऐसे करे कि जिससे उन्हे प्रथम बार मे ही सफलता प्राप्त हो। 

प्रथम प्रयास मे ही सफलता प्राप्त करने के लिए उस कार्य मे दक्ष व्यक्ति की नियुक्ति करे ताकी वह पहले ही प्रयास मे सफल हो। शिक्षक अपने कार्य को करते समय किसी भी तरह का नकरात्मक विचार अपने मन मे न लाए जिससे उन्का ध्यान भटके। शिक्षक अपनी सारी परेशानियो को भुलाकर अपने कार्य पर पूरा ध्यान दे तो वह प्रथस प्रयास मे ही सफलता प्राप्त कर सकता है। शिक्षक अपना मन अपने कार्य को सही करने मे ही लगाए तो उन्हे अवश्य सफलता प्राप्त होगी। बालको को भी उन्की योग्यता अनुसार ही कार्य दे तभी प्रथम प्रयास मे सफलता प्राप्त होगी।

Determination and Hard Work (With A Pinch Of Strictness)

Hard Work Leads To Success

The book “Is Your Child Ready to Face the World?” by Dr. Anupam Sibal is one of the best books, both for teachers and parents, to develop good qualities in a child. If a child has good qualities then he will become a good person, and thus a good citizen of the country. The book tells us how and why qualities like honesty, courage, compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, etc. are necessary. Additionally, it shows us ways in which we can develop these in our children. Giving real life examples, instead of lectures, is a good way of inculcating good qualities in a child as this leaves a lifelong impact on the child.

While reading this book I recalled an incident. My relative's son Bhavesh was very weak in studies. His father was very strict but his mother was very polite and always supported her son, even when he was wrong. I was asked to teach him so he could at least pass his examinations. So I began teaching him. At first, Bhavesh gave me a hard time. He never did his homework and did not revise anything for his tests. I was very polite initially, but then I became strict as Bhavesh was a stubborn boy.

I told him that if he does not complete the work given by me, he will have to do 20 sit-ups for every wrong or incomplete answer. Bhavesh found this very difficult as he was overweight and ended up in tears every time he had to do this exercise. His mother would come to support him but I made her understand that I was doing it for the benefit of her son. I made Bhavesh realize that it was better to work hard and learn his coursework than to do sit ups. He took my advice and began taking interest in studies, learning his answers, and doing his homework regularly. We both worked hard. He cleared his doubts and practiced questions. In the end, he passed with good marks. His parents were very happy as they had given up hope.  

The experience demonstrated that if one has great determination and is ready to work hard, he will surely succeed in life. And sometimes, parents and teachers need to be strict in the right measure to give the right direction to children.
