Responsibility and Cooperation - Swabhi Parmar

“When you do what you have promised, people see you as a responsible and reliable person.” This statement
is the true definition of responsibility. A responsible person can be trusted more than any other person. A person who shows the attribute of real responsibility is the most reliable person and we can believe them easily. Any individual who is responsible has the quality of cooperation. The term cooperation itself comes with a lot of responsibility. Being trusted is a good feeling. Any individual whether it is adult or child, all love to get trusted and this can be attained only if you are a responsible person. Responsibility means nothing if you constantly over and under-do it. This means building schedules and routines for yourself. So you should be consistent in your work and never stop no matter what.

Responsibility is taking full accountability for the actions you have made and never claims that it is anyone else’s fault except your own. By doing this, you are actually giving the world a message, that you’re in control of every part of your life. A responsible person admits the real reasons why they haven’t done anything so you should never give any excuses. If you have the responsibility of everything in your life then you can get cooperation from others. This cooperation can lead to good results in life. When everyone is working together, things can be done more quickly and efficiently. By increasing cooperation among employees, you can make their workplaces more welcoming and inviting, which increases the enjoyment of the time spent on the workplace.

Cooperation is important because it allows people and groups to work together to achieve a common goal or derive mutual benefits. Cooperation also means taking turns and helping each other out. The two most important ingredients to get along in this world are sharing and taking turns. As a leader, you must set the tone of how complaints are registered, and you must develop the wisdom to respond appropriately instead of reacting to anyone’s negativity. So we should be cooperative and responsible for our own actions always in life and in any circumstances. We should be supportive of every individual of our community and environment.

How to Maintain Concentration - Prakash Dangi

Most of the time we get motivated by others and make new plans with full excitement,
collect some books and notes, etc. Sometimes we even take admission in some institutes and make a new routine. We think of never giving up until we reach our destination and promise ourselves to start the study with new expectations. But gradually, the excitement seems to get weak day by day. And after some days, we even stop putting in efforts in our studies.

This situation is faced by most of the students. It is not only in academics but also in many other sectors. When we don't concentrate, we lose our patience. It is very essential to be determined towards our goal to succeed well. You should choose the subject of your interest so that you don't regret selecting the subject suggested by others.

Sometimes we see the children choose the subject under parent’s pressure. Parents tell the students to choose a subject without even knowing their interest. Every person is unique and has different qualities. To know the inner talent of yourself and to maintain the concentration for a long time, it is important to find our inner qualities and proceed forward in that field. We don't understand immediately any subject. But we should learn a subject from the start and the basics. After that, we can solve problems easily and improve the subject slowly- slowly. To maintain the concentration, we need to have a big dream and some role model. Every day we should stay focused and think to complete our dreams. So, on the basis of my experience, if you follow these tips, definitely you will achieve your dreams.

Be Focused - Manish Jaiswal

Today, I wish to share my views on what should we do to be focused during our study in order to attain success.
1. Discover inside you what you want to become.
2. Break the aim /target down into parts.
3. When you finish your daily target, reward yourself by giving time for your favourite sport or your hobby.
4. Make a study routine and paste it in your study place.
5. Be clear about why you want to get good marks.
6. Use a mind map to organize the information in every subject like flow chart or tree diagrams etc.
7. Make a “boring” subject is interesting by watching its short videos or doing its objective questions & checking the score.
8.We cannot learn or memorize everything so try to understand the topics.
9. Never hesitate to ask your doubts with your teacher.
10. Study in short breaks not to lose interest in the subject.
11. Organize your time as per the priority of topics.
12.Schedule weekly relaxations like Sunday etc
13. Give time to do exercise/cycling/ outdoor jogging as good health helps in sound study.
14. Focus on the process, not the result.
15. Get rid of distractions like mobile, TV, outing with friends, etc by deciding a fixed time of about 1-2 hrs.
16. Stick to some values of a good student like honesty (sincere hard work), perseverance(hard work with patience), self-commitment (work as determined), introspection(to look back to your work), self-confidence (belief on own work), awareness (attentiveness toward one's aim)
Dear students, always remember what our great Scientist & President Dr APJ Abdul Kalam said for students-:
“ If you fail, never give up because F.A.I.L. means "First Attempt In Learning"
- End is not the end, if fact E.N.D. means "Effort Never Dies"
- If you get No as an answer, remember N.O. means "Next Opportunity".
So Let's be positive.
