Self Awareness and Self Assurance - Swabhi Parmar

Exploring your hidden talents and competency is an indispensable facet of building self-confidence and courage. Challenge yourself, face your fears and do things that are most dreadful to you. You will see a new face of your personality in the process.

If you have some apparent fears, confront yourself with reasons for those fears and tell yourself that it isn’t that huge of a bargain. You will develop to become stronger and better.

When you understand yourself better in terms of your skillset and what precisely you expect from your life, you will have more conviction in yourself and what you can do. Confusion leads to confrontation, and when you, yourself, are unsure about your abilities and goals, you will not be able to channelize your energies towards a common goal. Therefore, self-awareness is central to self-assurance.

Self Confidence and having a focused approach in life can do wonders to your ability to handle any situation. It can have a gigantic effect on your self-confidence levels depending on how comfortably you move along in your way to effective self-management. Therefore, you must plan to become more agreeable and certain.

What is important for Success? - Bharti Rao

Everybody wants to achieve their goal and success in life. Nobody dislikes it. But to achieve success is not so easy. Always remember that failure only helps us to achieve success. The first step to achieve success is to keep in mind that we should never be discouraged by failure. Learn from your failure to achieve greater success in life.

Destiny has a role to play in life, but it is beyond our control. Hard is in our reach and that we should never abandon it. Hard Work is the key to success. Without hard work success, no success is possible. If we work hard, if we perform our duty well, even God will have to reward us sooner or later. Lord Krishna has said in his preaching in the Bhagavad Gita that “Do thy duty unmindful of the reward.”

Today in this materialistic world money is important. But always remember that money and materialistic success cannot give you real happiness.  If we run and aim for materialistic success it leaves us tensed and in stress all the time. True success lies in our happiness. Money should always be secondary. We should have that much money which will help us to lead a comfortable life. Aim at the success which will give us happiness, contentment and attain it by hard work and from selfless deeds. Don’t try to attain success through wrong ways and at the cost of others.

If you want success to believe in yourself, work hard, keep on trying and learn from your flaws. I would like to quote the words of Bob Brown “Behind every successful man there’s a lot of unsuccessful years.” So stay focused, keep patience and go on.

Happiness and Tolerance - Rudrani Ray

Happiness is something which we can’t describe in words it can only be felt from someone’s expression or a smile. Happiness is a signal or identification of good and prosperous life.  Happiness is a feeling and difficult to describe. However, happiness comes from within, and no one can steal any one’s happiness.  True happiness comes from within yourself.  Happiness is basically a state of mind.

Happiness is defined by different people in different ways. When we feel positive emotions, we tend to feel happy. Happiness is also regarded as the mental state of a person optimistically.  Every person defines happiness in his/ her own manner. Happiness should be distinguished from joy. When joy as a constant state of mind, happiness depends on events in our lives. Happiness is that feeling that comes over you when you know life is good, and you can’t help but smile.

Happiness is one of the most important and most desirable aspects. Happiness may also be defined as being nice and spreading it all around. When joy and happiness are a constant state of mind, Happiness depends on events in our lives.

To achieve the state of complete happiness, one has to practice on improving the state of life by:

1. Staying contended in life what you have been cribbing and grumbling never lead to happiness.

2. Staying focused on the current life instead of daydreaming of the good days or old days.

3. Stop blaming for something that went terribly wrong in life. Life is all about moving on. stop worrying and set new goals in life.

4. Being thankful to God for all the good things that you have in your life.

5. Having good people around you who can boost -up positivity in your life.

Happiness is a sense of well-being, joy or contentment. When people are successful, safe or lucky, they feel happiness.

Tolerance is being patient understanding and willing to accept the ideas of others. Tolerance is accepting others and appreciating difference and live together peacefully. Tolerance means that you accept other people’s opinions and preferences even when they live in a way that you disagree with. To be tolerant means that you accept other people’s opinions and preferences, even when they live in a way that you disagree with.  Tolerance can be defined as the possession of a fair and objective perspective and attitude towards those people who are different races, religions, nations or have a set of opinions, beliefs and ideas.

Schools must teach children the right values. Tolerance is a significant one. In every society, we need tolerance and acceptance of religion, eating habits, culture. To be tolerant means that you accept other people’s opinion’s and preferences even when they live in a way that you disagree with. Tolerance is accepting differences. Tolerance plays an important part in promoting equality in school.

Being Focused - Urvish Singh

Being focused means that you have clear goals and objectives and your work is dedicated to achieving those goals and objectives. When you are deciding what you are going to do in any given moment; you base your decision on how you can make the most progress towards your goals with the time and resources available.

Being focused in the present moment means that you are solely focused on the one activity that you are trying to complete. Anything else is unimportant so you shut out all distractions and give your full and undivided attention to the task at hand. It’s difficult for people to remain focused on one task for a variety of reasons.

For one, we live in a world where we are constantly bombarded with TV, radio, cell phones, Internet social media, as well as a much larger population that lives closer together than ever before. the benefits of being focused are 1=u are quicker 2=u produce higher quality 3=less stress and Being focused is the key to success. It is not about doing the most work; it is about doing your most important work to the highest standard. Only being focused allows you to do that.

Courage and Patience - Jitendra Suthar

It is very good to be courageous. A person who never bows down to something wrong and
raises a voice against it is said to be courageous. But having patience is much more important for a person. There can be situations where time plays an important factor, where we have to keep patience for things to get back on track. If we don’t do so, things might go wrong, and our being courageous may affect us badly if we don’t stay calm in some situations.

Courage and patience go with each other simultaneously. We can say how courageous and hardworking the Ant might be, who tries to climb long-distance walls, falls much time keeping patience trying again and again, and finally reaching the desired destination.

Whenever a person develops the habit of saying the truth and stands by it no matter what the consequences are, they will develop courage automatically. It is the power to stand by the truth and tackle things without any hesitation. At times, there are a lot of people who work for something and expect results immediately. A kid at an early age goes to the gym for a workout with the feeling that someday he will transform himself into a bodybuilder.

He goes to the gym daily, has a hard workout, and returns home.  After 2 months, a kid starts getting depressed because he couldn’t achieve that stage and leave that gym, while others who continue to work outcome out of great results later on. That was the time when he realized that things would have gone into the correct lane if he would have kept patience. So, stay focused on whatever we are doing, learn to say right or wrong without any fear and stay calm, results will definitely go on a good track.

Be Focused - Manish Jaiswal

Today, I wish to share my views on what should we do to be focused during our study in order to attain success.
1. Discover inside you what you want to become.
2. Break the aim /target down into parts.
3. When you finish your daily target, reward yourself by giving time for your favourite sport or your hobby.
4. Make a study routine and paste it in your study place.
5. Be clear about why you want to get good marks.
6. Use a mind map to organize the information in every subject like flow chart or tree diagrams etc.
7. Make a “boring” subject is interesting by watching its short videos or doing its objective questions & checking the score.
8.We cannot learn or memorize everything so try to understand the topics.
9. Never hesitate to ask your doubts with your teacher.
10. Study in short breaks not to lose interest in the subject.
11. Organize your time as per the priority of topics.
12.Schedule weekly relaxations like Sunday etc
13. Give time to do exercise/cycling/ outdoor jogging as good health helps in sound study.
14. Focus on the process, not the result.
15. Get rid of distractions like mobile, TV, outing with friends, etc by deciding a fixed time of about 1-2 hrs.
16. Stick to some values of a good student like honesty (sincere hard work), perseverance(hard work with patience), self-commitment (work as determined), introspection(to look back to your work), self-confidence (belief on own work), awareness (attentiveness toward one's aim)
Dear students, always remember what our great Scientist & President Dr APJ Abdul Kalam said for students-:
“ If you fail, never give up because F.A.I.L. means "First Attempt In Learning"
- End is not the end, if fact E.N.D. means "Effort Never Dies"
- If you get No as an answer, remember N.O. means "Next Opportunity".
So Let's be positive.
