Simplicity

“Simplicity is not about deprivation. It is about a greater appreciation for little things that really matters”. 

It is the fact that something is natural and not complicated. It is being simple. Simplicity mainly focuses on the main and important things and let go of the rest of the things. Simplicity is that which is easy to understand and explain. It is adding no luxury items and showoff rather its motive is to be clear in our thoughts. Simplicity means being pure from inside as well as from outside. 

Example: Getting into the new class makes a child learn different new things. But teaching them in a complicated way makes their morale down. The students get demotivated when they are not able to learn the simplest things. It is the duty of the teachers to find out the simplest way to make students easily understand.

Trust

Trust is a foundation of whatever we do. 

Trust is the best source of learning anything. Simplicity and Trust are related to each other. Simple things are easy to trust. Trust is the belief of being honest and expect that something is true. All the relationships are based on trust and understanding. It’s a belief that you can depend on someone blindly. 

We can only trust someone when we have faith in them. It is the belief that somebody is good and honest.

Example: A child has full trust on the teacher that whether whatever doubts I will have the teacher will never say no to whatever I ask. The trust of a child will always inspire a teacher to perform better and the teacher will do his /her best to maintain the trust of the students. 

Story of Simplicity and Trust

During my schooling, I use to go to the tuition where the students from the backward areas or from the families who cannot afford the fees or expenses of expensive schools use to come. The head of the institution made sure that every child who has an interest in learning something is there in that tuition class. He without any fees educated each and every child of the village. In the village also he was known for his simplicity. He used to love the children. He always used to encourage everyone to study hard so that they can become successful in their lives. He taught everyone to be clear in their thoughts and whatever they say should be to the point rather than adding extra things and make it complicated. 

Also, he had trust in everyone that they will surely get success in their lives if they keep on working hard. He taught the students to he presentable. And now the students who were taught by him have succeeded in their life and this only happened due to the trust he had in them.

Living your Life to the fullest - Richa Solanki

Life is very complicated as you all know, it is never same as before or after. Something and something is changing always, the changes are around you,  in you, or maybe inside you. Sometimes we also have no answer that the breaks or challenges we are facing are what,  why and how the problems are unlimited.  

Sometimes there is no solution and no conclusion. We never think that problems that are arriving in our life are literally our own mistake, we are very close to us only and always blame others, and say I am too far away from me. 

Some people always judge life by luck, all things happen due to good and bad luck of a person and say life has no feeling. If a person dreams or thinks they just say it is our luck. Life is large,  yet so small because we never accept the truth of our life. The things which we are thinking are too small but they are literally so big.

Dreams are colourful and beautiful, but sometimes we become blind when dreams make us sad. Don't disappoint yourself with its tinge of sourness,  we must live every moment and feel the edge and don't waste time. I may say life is a lovely road which has no end.  A lovely shore,  a lovely road where each aspect stands. 

Life is what we make and develop. Some people appreciate it, others take it for granted. It depends on you,  how you want to be.  Happiness gives great times. Don't give sadness a dime,  enjoy life,  rejoice,  it deserves treatment. Because your existence is in its fulfilment. Make every moment count,  live the present, never think about the past because life just slowly fades away and you just wish you could never let the past go away.

Simplicity and Trust - Richa Solanki

Simplicity means something easy to understand and the quality of being simple. It’s easier to understand other people when your life is simpler. The interaction should also be sincere, it can build trust and this impresses students. If we make things complicated it is harder to understand for students. Choose a simple way to express something then it will build trust and this is connected to simplicity.

Simplicity is staying in the present and not making things complex. Simplicity is giving patience, friendship, and encouragement. Simplicity is accepting the small things in life and being natural whatever you are showing off is not simplicity.

Trust is to know someone and judge them by yourself. The more you spend your time with students the more you will understand them and give them a task and trust them that they can complete it on time and properly. This will take some time until you know their behaviour, how they will react to something. Observing with details will help them to understand better.

And it builds trust because we see simplicity in them. Sharing our problems is a good way of connecting with others and we can share anything with someone if we trust them. So, it important to build a relationship of trust between students and educators and this will be possible when there is simplicity in explanation. Complexity will not help to connect simplicity and trust with each other.

Simplicity and Trust - Sharmila Vijayvargi

Simplicity is the quality of being simple and uncomplicated. In other terms, it also implies purity, clarity and beauty of thoughts. Being simple is a virtue to anyone. When we look around ourselves, we find many people, but we call only a few as "simple". This is because simplicity has to be developed. One needs to understand the target of one's communication and accordingly uncomplicated and simplify things. For a teacher, this value is even more important.

Teacher plays the most important job of shaping the future of the nation and hence, while in the classroom or otherwise interacting with students, a teacher needs to be very clear in his/her thoughts and convey even the complex of things in a simple understandable manner and that's when he will be regarded as a great teacher. Not only a teacher, but every successful individual is also an epitome of simplicity. For eg; Mahatma Gandhi, very clear in his thoughts, simple in his living and very strong and bold in his fight against injustice. While simplicity is a great virtue leading to effectiveness, it also helps to develop and build trust among people. One who is simple and doesn’t unnecessarily show off will attract respect and trust from everyone around and as we all know trust is the building block of every relationship and most importantly, the relationship of a teacher and student is also based on trust. Lastly, continuing with the example of Mahatma Gandhi above, it was his simplicity which led the entire nation to trust him and it was the trust of his fellow nationals that helped him walk the path of injustice and emerge as a warrior without weapons.
