Humility - Prerna Rathod

Humility means being humble. You respect others and are always down to earth. It is one of the important values which helps us to build our character. When a person is humble, he is loving, caring, helpful, patient towards others while dealing with them. He will always think of others and do what is good for them. He will never be angry with anyone or will never make fun of others or laugh at them. He will be empathetic towards others and do what is best for them and understand others' feelings. A humble person will never have an ego problem. He will always remain happy in good or bad situations.

As Educator, it is our duty that we should try to teach students to be humble and teach them its importance. This value will help them to be sensitive towards the society and environment. Thus, it will help to build a good society. He will be a good citizen of our country. This will help him to take the correct decisions in life and be successful. Humility helps us to build different values, which are an essential part of life. Each one of us must be humble in our life to lead a better and happy life.

QUALITY - Rahul Kr. Thakur

Quality is a thing of excellence of something as compared or measured against other similar things and may be understood differently by different people. Quality determines how much and how well children learn and the extent to which their education translates.

Every educator wants that their students have high standard and quality work. They always try to plan good lessons so their students can always do their best.

Achieving quality can make yourself and others feel happy and good inside. We can also work together to get quality work and quality to care for the world. There should be always positive things in our words and thoughts need to be of high quality, there is no place for negative words. Its means not giving up of yourself, you need to believe that they can do it and educators must tell this to their students.

And also in our circumstances, we need a friend who will stand by you when all will against. To get excellent in work we need a better quality of everything and for that, we practice and also educator can encourage their students for better quality work and students will give their best.

Thoughtfulness and Understanding - Prerna Rathod

Thoughtfulness is the ability to think about something carefully so that it is effective.
Whereas understanding is the quality of being sympathetic. This means that being understanding is the quality to be able to step into someone's shoes before judging them. We do so because we have been thoughtful and thought from the person’s point of view. A person should take all the decisions in life is thoughtful and understanding.

A very relevant quote just crossed my mind:
"Just because you are right, doesn't mean the other person is wrong, you just haven't seen life from his point of view." So, stop judging and start supporting.

A thoughtful person is very considerate and compassionate towards others. He also shows respect, care and love for the other person. On the other hand, an understanding person is very tolerant, helpful and cooperative. He will take any decision in a perceptive way and find all solutions before making a decision. In my class, one new student Gita couldn’t cope with the syllabus as she had language problems. Due to this, she started making excuses for not coming to school. I called her mother to find the reason. I was told that other students made fun of her. So I decided to talk to my class. Next day we had a normal discussion and brought the matter in front of the class. I asked them to think if they were in place of Gita, then how would they feel. All students realized their mistake and said sorry to Gita. Thus, Gita started taking an interest in her studies and scored good marks. She was happy.

Life is too short to judge others. Make this earth a better place to live for everyone. Then you'll find it to be a better place for yourself too.

Freedom and Peace - Shivani Rao

The real value of anything can only be understood by those who have earned it or who have
sacrificed their lives for it. Everyone will give different meanings of freedom. This is so because everyone has a different opinion about freedom. For some, freedom means the freedom of going anywhere they like, for some it means to speak up from themselves, and for some, it is liberty of doing anything they like. Freedom truly means giving equal opportunity to everyone for liberty and pursuit of happiness.

In a free environment without any limitations, children practice and learn the most important skills of life. They learn how to create their own activities, solve their own problems, make friends, negotiate with peers, deal with bullies, and manage their emotions. Also, we need to consider that they do not go for false practice. While giving freedom to kids we need to consider that they never violate and misuse their rights.

Freedom is the foundation on which peace is built. You can't separate peace from freedom because no one can be at peace unless he has his freedom. Peace means presence of: good, open, positive communication; social connections; necessities and support for school success. Peace is commonly used to mean a lack of conflict and freedom from fear of violence between individuals or groups. Peaceful behavior sometimes results from a peaceful inner disposition. Peaceful heart is a key to create a better world.
