Freedom and Peace - Shivani Rao

The real value of anything can only be understood by those who have earned it or who have
sacrificed their lives for it. Everyone will give different meanings of freedom. This is so because everyone has a different opinion about freedom. For some, freedom means the freedom of going anywhere they like, for some it means to speak up from themselves, and for some, it is liberty of doing anything they like. Freedom truly means giving equal opportunity to everyone for liberty and pursuit of happiness.

In a free environment without any limitations, children practice and learn the most important skills of life. They learn how to create their own activities, solve their own problems, make friends, negotiate with peers, deal with bullies, and manage their emotions. Also, we need to consider that they do not go for false practice. While giving freedom to kids we need to consider that they never violate and misuse their rights.

Freedom is the foundation on which peace is built. You can't separate peace from freedom because no one can be at peace unless he has his freedom. Peace means presence of: good, open, positive communication; social connections; necessities and support for school success. Peace is commonly used to mean a lack of conflict and freedom from fear of violence between individuals or groups. Peaceful behavior sometimes results from a peaceful inner disposition. Peaceful heart is a key to create a better world.
