With the growth of professionalism in education, it has become an industry. Whether it is a school or a coaching institute – everywhere professors and teachers are highly oriented and targeted for their subject specialization –for example, a Chemistry teacher will be specialized in Physical/Organic or Inorganic Chemistry or maybe even Biochemistry. And most of them are proud to say that –I am a professor/teacher of Organic Chemistry. The question here is everyone teaches a subject, not what the student needs.
We teach our subject but have the students understood it or no, as learning time required by each student will differ even though they are in same class. As some students learn theoretical part easily and quickly and take more time to learn the derivational pare and vice versa, the same content will be learnt by different students in different time.
Our aim should be to teach students not our subject of speciality.
