Humility and Appreciation - Aspiration JMMS

Humility is one of the most powerful and important growth attributes both in and out of the ring. Being humble helps to built trust and facilities learning.

Appreciation is a quality to respect, value and recognising good qualities in everyone. Both these quantities are key aspects of leadership and personal development and especially important in schools.

Nelson Mandela once said, " the first thing is to be honest with yourself. You can never have an impact on society if you have not changed yourself. Great peacemakers are all people of integrity of honesty but humility.

Aspiration JMMS has a story that illustrates the importance of these two values beautifully. It is à story of विनम्र घास. Who is very humble, gentle, and never complains about any thing. His silence is appríciated by all the flowers in the garden. Heré, the quality of humility ànd appreciation, is shown by all the flowers toward the grass.
