The Conversation?

a. Since you are not a teacher by profession, what pulled you into Professional Development of teachers?

b. Main akela hi chala tha jaanibe manzil magar, log milte gaye, karavaan banta gaya-Do quote one or two memorable moments of this journey of yours.

c. Your tagline is #HappyTeachers-and this community of teachers is very dissatisfied with everything in their lives-like salary, working conditions, workload, instructions, and blah blah blah-So how do you deal with these problems when they come up in your workshop?

d. People should love their jobs so much that they get up and go to play each day-What makes this happen for you?

A few questions-
1. What is your mantra for self-motivation?
2. Two special highlights of your life?
3. Two things which are really beneficial for the teachers but they do not do it-
4. Your philosophy around failures of life-
5. How does doing good help you to achieve more?

Sandeep's point of view:

This is the best time for us to pause and look at what we do for our teachers, they (Teachers) are the changemakers and will alone help us tide over any challenge our children face.

#HappyTeachers make a better world, we need to take the opportunity to take their Learning Forward... Each person in your school contributes to the culture of your school. School culture is built on the actions and interactions of the people. You make your school stronger by adding value to others and making others feel valued.

As an Essential Service (the word has gained new currency) and is even more so if we see how teachers alone are the essential service for humanity.

As a school improvement coach, let me say with veracity, that we need to have the teachers at the forefront and let them be the mentors we believe they should be...no amount of infrastructure spending will ever make a great school. Teachers and teachers alone are the souls of the school.

The Learning Forward India Foundation is doing its' utmost to support the teaching community and will go the extra mile to help them lead at this crucial hour the humanity faces. We are your partners for school transformation with an emphasis on culture as a service.
