Courage and Patience - Anvesha Rana

Dear, take some courage and take some patience,
mix this medicine and take a sip once,
You might want to be perfect but neither am I,
Living a life full of lies and not realizing after all who am I?

Have the courage to be yourself,
Have the patience to reach your destiny,
Have the humility to accept your flaws,
and have a life first to be it all!

Be courageous enough to accept your mistake,
Be brave enough to stand at your stake,
Be a fighter enough to vanish foes
and be a knight enough to save it all!

Courage might be tough,
but only the path is rough,
when you unlock the door and look,
you will only find Joy unhooked

Be afraid, but be
strong enough to not make it show,
for Courage is not the absence of fear,
but the realization,
of things dear.

Patience is life
moving at your pace,
it is your strive
to not make it a race.

Patience is love,
Courage is power,
They both together make a dynamic duo
just like a water shower!

So dear please do remember,
no matter how far away you wander,
Courage will be your back and
Patience your feet,
and be with them for then,
There will never be a higher feat!

Laughter is the best medicine - Urmila Rathore

Courtesy: Youtube.com
Laughter is the best medicine. It is frequently said, but only a few realize the depth of this statement. It acts as a powerful antidote for pain, stress and conflict. It connects you with others. It makes you focused. It can also heal and renew one's mind. Ability to laugh frequently can overcome problems easily.

Laughter and calmness are directly proportional to each other, both of which are qualities of a progressive mind. It cheers up your life, makes you happy, reduces stress and of course has a direct impact on the positivity you spread to others too.

Studies suggest that people who laugh frequently have better immunity, lesser stress, greater burnt calories in a day, regulated blood pressure and a higher body blood level. There are so many reasons to not be sad and just laugh or maybe smile!

It also gives you the power to forgive anyone soon. You can’t feel anxious, angry, or sad when you’re laughing. Isn’t it a superpower? It would not be an understatement to say that a small smile has the power to conquer the world!

Laughter is the Best Medicine - Kavita Devda

Laughter is the best medicine for a person to be happy. A good laugh has great short-term effects. This medicine is not available at any pharmacy, is free of cost and comes with no instruction manual. In today's stressful life people have just forgotten to live in the present and enjoy the little moments.

Laughter brings positive energy and rejuvenates the relationship. Laughter is the biggest stress buster. When you have a good hearty laugh, the muscles move and expand the blood vessels, which send more blood to all parts of the body. When one smiles, the movement of the facial muscles sends signals to the brain.

A good dose of laughter regulates the blood sugar.  It is considered the best way to relax oneself as it reduces the level of stress hormones. Laughter allows all our senses to combine naturally and effortlessly to give a sense of peace and joy. It also reduces the negative thoughts that weaken the immune system of the body. A happy person has a higher ability to fight diseases since he is in the right frame of mind and hence takes his medicines on time. The immune system goes into a stress-free zone.

Laughter is an excellent exercise for the facial muscles. About 15 facial muscles come together to bring that glee to your face. Laughing increases the blood supply to your cheeks that nourish the skin and makes your face glow. It tones up the face, giving you an attractive look. So always keep laughing,  smiling and stay healthy.

Happiness and Tolerance: Urmila Rathore

Happiness literally means keeping someone happy and resolving their problems. When we give happiness or laughter on someone's sad face, this is true happiness.

Whenever I am disturbed or unhappy, I like to sit in seclusion with yoga or meditation, behold trees or listen to songs of my choice.
As a teacher, I want to keep my children happy for a long time, which will be possible only when we listen to their problems, give the courage to face any difficulty and make them tolerant.

They will bring positiveness in them, the environment around them will be full of friendship and this will give them good results. It is very important to have a happy atmosphere in the classroom because where children will be happy there will also increase their learning and learning power.

Nowadays some children are unhappy because the environment around them is negative, there is pressure on the spirit of competition and to bring good marks, it is necessary for all of them to make children tolerant. There can be a reason.

We can solve every problem of the children by listening to it, knowing the reason for anger and unhappiness, find the appropriate solution, and give the right guidance by improving the ability.

To teach children the importance of happiness, they can keep children happy by telling them stories of moral values, by helping each other, by doing yoga and other academic activities. It was seen in the children that if they get disappointed on something very soon, then they will have to explain with patience by giving them time to know the situation and their abilities.

A few days ago, Vikram, a student in the class, arrives without tiffin. He was sitting in seclusion during lunch and was very unhappy. When I asked him why did not bring food today. At first, he ignored it but after much effort told him that his mother was ill, so he could not cook any food and did not bring it. Then the other students in the class made him sit near him and fed him and also heard his problems. Then they went to play together.
At that time he forgot all his troubles and started playing happily. In this way, we can understand the problems of children and do them with little happiness.

Happiness and Tolerance - Visioners SHS

How Tolerance Led to Happiness!

It was the commencement of Spring, when all the little boys ran out of their houses with the packets of colours and joy to play Holi with their friends. Almost all the communities came to celebrate the festival of hue.

Little Tasnim, wearing a white salwar, comes out of one of the flats. Seeing Tasnim all alone, the little boys start splashing water colours on her, ruining her clothes. However, instead of running from there she stood determined until the entire water colours got over. This made the boys burst into laughter but they were not aloof of the feeling of amazement to see Tasnim smile with contentment.

The little girl smiled and went to her home, after a little while holding the hand of her younger brother , she came out and said, " Now, lets go to the masjid."

Surprised by Tasnim's tolerance, the little playful boys let the siblings go. When they came out after offering the prayer to Allah, the boys were standing there with a new stoll, which one of them had brought from his mother, as a gift to the girl. Tasnim and Aahnaf were shocked to see the same gang nevertheless overwhelmed to know that they had come to be friends. They put the colours on each others cheeks and Tasnim accepted the gift happily.
