किसी भी कार्य मे गुणवत्ता पाने के व्यक्ति का जिम्मेदार होना आवशयक है । हर व्यक्ति जिम्मेदारी से अपने कार्य को पूर्ण करे व कार्य को अच्छे से पुर्ण करने की जिम्मेदारी ले तो गुणवत्ता प्राप्त होगी । गुणवत्ता लाने के लिए फीडबेक लेना जरूरी है । फीडबेक लेने से जो कार्य मे की गई खामिया है उसका पता चलता है और उसमे सुधार लाए जा सकते है । फीडबेक से कार्य की गुणवत्ता को बढाया जा सकता है ।  बच्चो मे गुणवत्ता लाने के लिए उसकी रूचि का अनुमान लगाकर उसी अनुसार उसे शिक्षा उपलब्ध करानी चाहिए । बच्चो की रूचि अनुसार ही शिक्षा मे परिवर्तन लाने चाहिए। सभी व्यक्ति अपना कार्य सही तरीके से व सावधानी से करे तो कार्य मे गुणवत्ता लाई जा सकती है । बालक के शिक्षण हेतु नई-नई तकनीको का प्रयोग करे तो शिक्षण मे गुणवता लाई जा सकती है । सभी व्यक्ति अपना कार्य रूचि से करे और अपने कार्य मे रूचि ले तो गुणवत्ता लाई जा सकती है । गुणवत्ता लाने के लिए व्यक्ति का खुश रहना भी आवशयक है । किसी भी कार्य मे गुणवत्ता पाने के लिए हर व्यक्ति का योगदान आवशयक है I

यह एक कटु सत्य है कि किसी भी वस्तु की गुणवत्ता और उपियोगिता उसके ग्राहकों द्वारा तय की जाती है ! 
इसी वाकय को हम सकूल से जोड़कर देखे तो कह सकते है कि बच्चे ग्राहक है, वे ही अध्यापक की गुणवत्ता का परिचय देंगे !
अधयापक को अपने ग्राहकों के संतुष्ट का पूरा ध्यान रखना होगा ! उनकी न्यूतनम उम्मीद पूरी करना, बालको को विविधता प्रदान करना, हर पल  आनदायक बनाना,कुछ अतिरिक्त देने का प्रयास कर उनका ध्यान आकर्षित करना आदि लक्ष्यों पर काम करना होगा !

विध्यालय की गुणवत्ता बढ़ाने के लिए जरूरी है की विध्यालय प्रशासन, शिक्षकों और शैक्षिक कार्यकर्मो में  तालमेल  हो  |कक्षा में वातावरण बनाये रखना जिसमे शिक्षा के साथ अन्य गतिविधिया भी सिखाई जाए | पाठ्यपुस्तक के अलावा भी बाहरी ज्ञान दिया जाए,  बच्चो की ग्रहण क्षमता के अनुरूप ही पाठ्यपुस्तक पर कार्य किया जाए |
