Peace and Freedom - Triumph DGS

Attainment of Peace in life is something that perhaps all human beings aim for. They struggle all through their life in search of Peace. They spend money, devote time, try to control everything around them but, in the end, find themselves landed on an island that is isolated and deserted. This leads to unrest and discomfort in life, and they suffer.

One can never get Peace if he/she keeps himself/herself entangled with the boundaries of materialistic things. You let yourself free from these boundaries, and the sky is open for you. Your liberty to be the way you are, do the things you want to do for the betterment of people around you will open all the doors of peaceful and calm surroundings.

If one gets,

A chance to try,

To walk on water,

on Earth thy,

When one pleases to dance,

And gets anklet bells hereby,

When one wishes to sing,

They sing without being shy,

And when FREEDOM is given to everyone,

it gives us real PEACE and wings to fly!!

In our view, the meaning of Peace and Freedom differs from one person to another. A child finds Peace when he finally gets the toy he wants and is free to express his madness for it. A teenager when gets appreciated for his/her efforts feels peaceful because he is given the Freedom to express his thoughts and use his calibre. A mother and father, when seeing their child climbing the ladder of success are filled with the feeling of Peace and contentment. Similarly, an elderly person, when given the Freedom to have an equal say in the family finds happiness, and happiness leads to Peace.

Peace cannot be kept by force; it can only be achieved by understanding

Hope and Friendship - Magnets DGS

"A friend should be one in whose understanding and virtue we can equally confide and whose opinion we can value at once for its justness and its sincerity." Robert Hall

Everyone hopes for friendship. Hope comes with faith that the friend will be loyal, honest and trustworthy.
As children, we wish to possess certain material things- toys, chocolates or even good marks. As adults, our wishes may change to more materialistic things like cars, houses, etc. A wish may push you to work aggressively towards it.

Hope is a dream, a desire, a belief that helps you stay calm and peaceful. Hope is accompanied by faith. You hope for a happy and peaceful life, good health, family and friends. You enjoy the company of your friends. The friendship that develops during school days lasts forever. You may not meet each other regularly after leaving school, but the bond is always there. The various alumni associations are proof. There is no age bar in friendship, an eight-year-old and an eight-year-old may get along well. A strong bond of friendship and understanding may be witnessed even with a pet. Good friends are honest and loyal; they stay with you, accept you, regardless of the circumstances. True friends give you honest advice and correct you when you are in the wrong. Mutual respect and admiration strengthen the bond of friendship between friends. Hope and friendship are important for mental health.

The World of Books - Punita Chouhan

One word we should never forget that’s “BOOK"
Once finding a friend in the book
One will never feel lonely.
And this bond remains till the end of life.
Books are great friends of mine
Who share multiple notions.
Hence the deal with everyone’s emotions
They deal with anger and grief but never complain.
Books take us to the places unexplored
It amazes me, reveals the identity of people unknown.
It gives us delight and enlightens our life.
They are the boats which sail us to further places.
On a  journey of imagination and fairyland.

The greatest of the books of our mythology
Gives us answers, of the questions untold
My friendship with them is ever unbreakable.
As we share a peaceful conversation
I promise to keep you beside me
No matter where and how I am.

Freedom and Peace - Nikita Rajpurohit

Freedom is when we have a free mind and we are not the slave of any other decisions. It helps us to
act without any fear or constraint. It means the liberty of opinion, expression or the power to act, speak and think freely. Every individual has the right to express freely their opinion on all the questions which are concerned with his or her life.

Peace is a value which helps us to stay calm and silent in an adverse situation without getting panic. True inner peace is independent of external conditions and circumstances. It confers tranquillity, inner harmony and balance. Peace is a very necessary part of humankind because it gives us the capability of good decision making and keeps us relaxed even when the situations don't turn up well. A state of inner peace eliminates anxieties, fears and worries. It also removes negative thoughts, stress, lack of satisfaction and unhappiness.

Peace and freedom can be said to be interconnected with each other. Let's take it this way, if a person has a freedom of expressing himself, he would be in a peaceful state of mind because there's nothing hammering him inside. He can let everything out. So it is very important to give freedom to our students to express their opinions or views to have a peaceful mind, which would help them to explore their talents without any pressure and make good decisions.

Positive Thinking - Richa Solanki

Our brain has millions of thoughts per day in that some are negative and some positive but this both thoughts impact differently in our life. Positive thinking means much more being happy or displaying happy things and a better attitude. Positive thoughts can actually create real value in your life and help you build skills that make you smile. The impact of positive thinking on your work, your health, and daily lifestyle will change your life and your thoughts. But on the other side, negative thoughts narrow your mind and focus your thoughts.
For example, we all are fighting with the current situation of quarantine because of Coronavirus, in this our emotion might consume you to the point where you can't think about anything else. Or, when you are stressed out about everything you have to get done today, you may find it hard to actually start anything because your thoughts are being negative towards the situation. So, if we are positive, good energy will be consumed in ourselves. All you think about is how little willpower you have, how you’re lazy, and how you don’t have any motivation. In other words, when you are experiencing positive emotions or thoughts like joy, happiness and love, you will see more possibilities in your life. These proved that positive emotions broaden your sense of possibility and open your mind up to more options. The positive thoughts of emotions with play and joy prompt the child to build skills that are useful and valuable in everyday life also in current situations to fight with corona. We can increase positive thinking by meditation, playing, writing and the things which make our mind peaceful and far from negative thought.

Happiness and Tolerance - Prakash Dangi

I believe that tolerance is happiness. Tolerance can be defined as a fair and objective attitude towards those whose lifestyle differs from yours. When I am living without tolerance, I am fighting my own happiness. I have learned that everyone in this world is doing the best they can with what they have and with what they know. I have also learned that I do not always know or understand what another person is experiencing on any given day and that when I cross paths with someone who may seem selfish or rude, or intolerant, that person may be going through a rough period of life and experiencing severe pain, loss or grief.

Tolerance is one of those qualities that form the bedrock of society. The world is a much smaller place today.  More people from different nations, cultures, religions and lifestyles are working together and living in the same neighbourhoods than ever before. Tolerance does not mean giving up one’s own way of life. Tolerance is following the motto “Live and Let Live!” Tolerance just understands another person’s beliefs, practices and habits without necessarily accepting them or following them. It is simply being a little unselfish. It is adjusting to others a little, giving up just a little to make someone else happy. It understands that everyone has, more or less the same basic needs as oneself. It is realizing that ultimately everyone wants to be happy and peaceful.

Happiness doesn’t happen out of anywhere – it has to be worked on; it has to be produced, created, discovered, built from the ground up. And it has to be a decision in one’s mind: the decision to be happy. Happiness also is dependent upon how one spends their time, as in their job. Happiness has defied definition. Most people tend to equate happiness with fun, good living, plenty of money. If happiness were synonymous with this, entire rich people with all their luxuries and countless parties would be perpetually happy. But in actual fact, they are frequently acutely unhappy despite their riches and ability to indulge in fun activities at will. Fun is what we experience during an act-happiness is that intangible something we experience after an act. We may have fun watching a movie, going shopping, meeting friends-these are all activities that afford us fleeting moments of relaxation and enjoyment. Happiness, on the other hand, is a much stronger, and deeper. The meaning of happiness is contentment and satisfaction. Finding true happiness is a worthy goal. The problem is many turns to material possessions to reach that goal.

WAR V/s PEACE...let it be….BRAIN V/s HEART

We are reading
A class is full of students with versatile behaviours. Different Brains with different thinking. Teaching and learning in such a classroom can never be unidirectional. An educator plays a very important role in the classroom. It is an educator's peace of mind that helps the students to achieve the desired results. An educator should consider individual differences and multiple intelligence theory while building a strategy for a class. A child's I mind is full of curiosity and questions and a big WHY? In everything, he sees or perceives. If the question were left unanswered or a child is not satisfied with the response of the educator, he will be perplexed and would always seek to satisfy himself. This mental state of a child can create an unpleased atmosphere in a teaching-learning centre. When so many perplexed behaviours will combine together they will create a situation like a war inside the classroom.

It’s a wholehearted responsibility of an educator to deal with the situation of war in the classroom peacefully. Here comes the role of an educator where she/he has to come up as a role model and build coordination between heart and mind. If the common character sticks of heart and brain can be interchanged, the war situations can be handled very beautifully without leaving any scars in the mind.

A beautiful mind is full of innovative ideas. For a nation to grow innovative ideas are required.
Together we can complete the task easily and speedily. This togetherness can be brought  by the peaceful nature of an educator
